Puzzle Help

If you have placed an order for multiple puzzles, the factory uses a few methods to identify which one is which.

One method is a small tag inside each puzzle box which will contain the street address and zip + 4. You will be looking for a small tag that is about two inches long and a few millimeters wide.

Alternatively, the back of the box will have an order number and a /1, /2, /3, etc. The slash followed by number corresponds to each line of your order. /1 will be the first one on your order form, /2 will be the second one on your order form, etc.
