Order Status

PLEASE READ: Once your order is on the screen, click on the Order ID number to view your delivery estimate in the right column next to Customer comment.

Your estimated delivery date is also displayed in the shopping cart at checkout.

Status In-production means your order has been processed and is being produced. A tracking number will be sent to you once your order ships.

In the event it is beyond the estimated delivery time, please contact using the contact us button you will see on the order screen.

Casita and Patiomate are delivered by truck and once it reaches your local hub of the trucking company, they will call you to coordinate delivery.
