The portfolio is durable enough for the rigors of daily use and has a textured surface that resists finger marks.
Water resistant and easy to clean using water and soap. In addition, isopropyl rubbing alcohol works well to remove pen marks.

Up to two lines of personalization:
- Top line is typically a name and can have up to twenty (20) upper and lower case characters.
- Optional bottom line is typically a title, department name, company name, or even a college or high school name and can also have up to twenty (20) upper and lower case characters. The bottom line font is usually smaller.
- Top and bottom lines can be engraved in same or different font style. Choose arial, balloon, century, elegance, script, times new roman, or John Voigt style (John Voigt style is shown in the top line of our illustration).
