I found the original egg crate pillow in the 90's. I found it was perfect. It was soft and comfortable while at the same time supportive. I haven't found that style in awhile but I've found a similar one that is a bit more firm and works. I've also learned that Comfort House is an exceptional business that gives immediate concern to customer care, service, quality of products for the customer, immediate response to customer concerns, questions, and remedies, as well as quick and timely emails to ensure any and all customer questions or issues have been answered and resolved. These days big name stores and many others could care less about quality of products or customer care and service. I will continue to do business with Comfort House.

I have ordered this pillow from Comfort House several times over the past years. I love this pillow! Not cheap but worth the price if you like a solid supportive neck pillow.
