Vaccination Record Metal Wallet Card - We can't guarantee that our permanently engraved COVID-19 vaccination record metal wallet card will be accepted as proof of vaccination when you present it, but it is super cool.

After placing your order, send us a PDF of the front of your card. We will reduce it in size to fit on a 3.5"W x 2"H thin, lightweight aluminum card that you can easily store with your credit cards or business cards.

The PDF you send us must be:

• Clean.
• Free of marks since any marks will show on the engraving.
• Be either centered or in a corner of your pdf. If crooked on the pdf, it will be engraved crooked.
• Must be a PDF, not a photograph.

The color of the card is black and we will engrave the front side only. If you have a requirement for the back side too, please contact us prior to placing your order and we will do our best to accommodate you.

After placing your order, email your PDF with order # to custom@comforthouse.com, or attach it to facebook messenger (https://www.facebook.com/comforthouse) or via Instagram direct message (https://www.instagram.com/comforthouse/).

To help prevent counterfeit vaccination cards, name we are shipping to must match family name on order.

We recommend taking a photo of your original card and having it with you when you travel.
