When you purchase this item, we will work with you for up to 30 minutes to find a sign or design a sign that meets your needs. If you order the sign(s) that we propose within 30 days we will credit the fee towards purchase. If we do not have a sign that meets your needs, or you do not wish to purchase the sign(s) that we propose, we will credit half of the fee towards the purchase of any other product within 30 days. The fee is not refundable.
