We ordered our Casita Screen House plus Deck Anchor kit for our very wooded backyard and received it within 4 days! My husband built a 12x12 deck for it and we proceeded to put it up. It took 2 people about 4 hrs to do. First, I don't think it was that hard to put up altho we did have some trouble with the plastic "hinges"taking them out and putting them back in. That being said, the rest of the set up went pretty smoothly. We did lay the roof in the sun the whole while we were building our screen house which is why I think we did not have much of a problem on that part as others had. I truly think we have gotten our money out of this screen house this year as the mosquitos were terrible and we are in it constantly so that we can enjoy our beautiful back yard. I would suggest that if you do purchase this, you make sure you put it up on a level, sturdy base, deck or patio. I don't see how the door would work very well if set up on grass! We are so far, very happy with it!
