Cut to Size Plastic Sheet Panel With or Without Cutouts for Boats, RV, Home, Equipment
Our cut to size acrylic plastic panels are used in a wide variety of marine, RV, auto, guitar, home, and industrial applications and especially for use when covering holes after replacing equipment. They save countless hours of your time cutting and shaping a filler plate. Available with or without inner cut outs.
Material is UV stabilized acrylic plastic and withstands 175-degree F temperatures without deforming. Choose 1/8" thick or 1/4" thick in colors black or white. Reversible with a gloss finish on one side and a matte finish on the other.
Add your length and width in whole numbers and fractions.
If you require a square or rectangular cut out in the center for a VHF radio, GPS nav, or other equipment, enter the width and length of the cut out.
TIP: To spec out your panel, measure the opening you are trying to cover carefully. Add 1-1/2" to the width and length of your opening. For example, if your opening is 6" x 10", enter 7-1/2" and 11-1/2" into the size boxes above. This extra width and length is to insure that the panel hole is completely covered and that the attaching screws do not break through an edge.
If you would like mounting holes, please enter how many. Standard mounting holes are 3/16" in diameter for #8 screws or bolts. At least 4 are recommended, one for each corner. On larger pieces 6 or 8 are recommended. Screw holes are placed 3/8" from the edges.
All panels are produced with a 1/4" radius on the outside corners, and with a 1/4" radius on the inside corners of any interior cutouts.
If you would like a round cut out hole for a gauge, please enter how many and the diameter in whole number and fraction. We will center the holes. If you have an offset hole requirement or require multiple holes of different sizes, please contact us.
Maximum length and width is 23.5". If you require longer, please break it up into multiple panels.
Each panel is custom made to order.
