In Fairbanks, Alaska, when you view Northern Lights at some of the more popular spots, such as Cleary Summit, camera tripods fill the area and can be very difficult to see by vehicles pulling in and out. During a recent visit, the only tripod that was clearly visible was the one with reflective strips on the legs. Upon returning home I made custom cut reflective strips to fit my own tripod legs, and that is how our custom cut reflective strips originated.
