How To Cancel Order or Change Order

• Orders are processed 24x7. To request cancellation or change, enter your information below. Once your order is on the screen, if it is in Pending or Ready status it may usually be cancelled or changed except as noted below. Click on the Order ID and select Contact Us to request cancellation or change. Complete the short form and don't forget to press Submit. We would also appreciate knowing the reason for cancellation. We will acknowledge your contact within 1 business day and let you know if your order has been cancelled or changed.
• An order is not cancelled or changed until you receive an email confirming successful cancellation or change.
• Signs and plaques, personalized items, and custom-made and made to order merchandise can not be cancelled or changed.
• Orders for other items not in ready or pending status cannot usually be canceled or changed although we will make every attempt to do so at your request.
• The cancellation process is costly to us so there will be a cancellation fee of 5% of your order total, with a minimum fee of $10.00, if we are able to cancel your order.
• Orders that have shipped can not be cancelled or changed.
• For orders that can not be canceled or changed and you do not wish to keep, please follow our return guidelines.
• Orders for signs and plaques, personalized items, and custom-made and made to order merchandise can not be returned.
