Name Plate With Metal Base - Our acrylic name plate mounted on a heavy duty cast aluminum base provides the best of two worlds. Solid cast personalized name plates are relatively expensive. This combination is more economical while still providing the quality you desire.

Can be personalized on one or two lines with a name, address number, room name or room number. May also be used as an in memory of wall plaque, in dedication of, or in honor of.
Base is solid cast aluminum.
Name plate is UV-stabilized laminated acrylic with engraved personalization.
Personalization is permanently engraved into the acrylic, not painted, printed or silk screened on.

Simple assembly:
- Mount aluminum base plate to any surface using any two of the four available holes.
- Remove protective backing on acrylic name, carefully line it up within the aluminum edges and push it securely in place.
