Medlight Light Box - - Medlight™ may help to ease symptoms of seasonal affective disorder ( SAD ). Light therapy units have been used to help fight winter blues, elevate mood, increase energy, and restore one's inner body clock.
Medlight delivers 10,000 lux of full-spectrum light (at 9"-12") to ward off the effects of winter doldrums. Lamps are rated to last 20,000 hours. Unit can be placed on end (as shown) or on its side.
