Risedale Seat Lift Chair - - Risedale™ Seat Lift Chair is a classic wing chair with built-in seat lift. It fits in well with almost any decor including a more formal living room setting. The new Risedale offers a stylish alternative to the casually styled recliner lift chair that is also available.
Risedale chair is perfect if you are looking for a more stylish lifting solution and don’t need a recline function. It is especially useful in smaller spaces, since it is compact, and you can put it right up against a wall.
Because only the seat cushion lifts on the Risedale instead of the whole chair (like most lift chairs), the design team was able to maintain the classic, open-legged wing chair design that is so popular in the furniture industry. Risedale is trim and fits nicely into cozy spaces: beside the fireplace or in your favorite reading nook, for example. Optional ottoman is sold separately below.

Risedale is a discreet seat-lift chair that looks like an attractive wing chair. Only the seat cushion lifts on Risedale . . the whole chair does not come off the ground and hover in the air as do most lift chairs. Patented LeveLift™ technology moves the seat up and down on a level lifting plane. In other words, while using your Risedale, you stay safely seated on a level surface through all stages of the lift, avoiding the dumping action of other lift chairs.
Your Risedale comes with two Power Levers that can be used on both, left, or right sides: you place the levers where they are convenient for you. The levers are easy to install and remove. A simple push of the Risedale’s Power Lever will lift you up with ease. A simple pull to lower you. Nothing complicated. No control pad to slip off the arm of the chair. In fact, if you take the Power Lever off the Risedale, you’d never know it was anything but a beautiful piece of furniture!
Colors: sand, cabernet, midnight (blue), and spruce (green). Fabric is 100 percent polyester.
